Brand Manager

We are looking for an experienced, creative individual who can work both strategically and tactically to elevate our company's products and brand to the next level. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, overall marketing strategy, product positioning, partnership coordination, digital marketing, engagement tactics, social media, PR, and brand building. Specific experience and passion for digital, strategy, or TCG gaming preferred.

This position is located at our Denver studio. Must be willing to relocate.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute both corporate and product-level marketing plans, including all aspects of execution ranging from strategy to individual promotion creation, review, and approval
  • Establish and maintain business plans and budgets for all areas of responsibility including ROI analysis of marketing and promotion initiatives
  • Work with development teams to position and promote products at launch and across their lifespan
  • Collaborate with, manage, and find external industry partners and affiliates to maximize co-marketing opportunities
  • Coordinate and manage DWD’s overall public and online presence including PR functions and community oversight
  • Use multiple objective and subjective methods to continually develop and optimize branding and marketing
  • Research and communicate current market trends and competitive activity company-wide

Qualifications

  • Passion for video, online, and mobile games. Knowledge of trading card or hobby games a plus
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably with free-to-play video games with a live service component
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or relevant area of focus
  • Dedicated attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills both internally and with externally
  • Proven execution with areas covered by key duties and responsibilities manifested in a demonstrable portfolio of work
  • Established network of relevant contacts for marketing, PR, and social media functions
