Gen Con is in the books! We had a fantastic weekend sharing three of our favorite games with fans.

We had Eternal and Lanterns: The Harvest Festival demos running all weekend, and gave away hundreds of Eternal beta keys and t-shirts to fans who came out to see us at the show. And the incredibly talented Danielle Beaulieu joined us to help bring Vara to life. But the surprise hit of the con was the first-look at our our co-production with Renegade Games: CLANK! A Deck-Building Adventure.

CLANK! demo games were packed, our convention supply sold out on Thursday, and we came out of the weekend at #3 on BoardGameGeek.com’s Gen Con Buzz List.

It was a great show, made even greater by the fans we got to hang out and play games with. In particular, five players from Eternal‘s beta volunteered to spend their weekend helping new players discover what they enjoy about the game. So if you come across BadGuyTy, UncleLucky, Chapman, Reddenbacher, or NestMegatron in your journeys, be sure to give them a “Hello, Traveler” from all of us here at DWD.
